My simple action to make me happy & to make peace atmosphere around me are consisted by 5 primary everyday concern.
1. Expressing greeting words to the people who I meet.
2. Expressing my appreciation all the time
3. Helping people spontaneously when I saw someone needs helps
4. Eating healthy food, and moderate in eating.
5. At least once a week, give something away from my side materially and spiritually.
These 5 simple primary everyday concern makes me feel happy and releasing my negative feeling easily and turn all situation to be positive.
