Earth Gourmet Part 3 ~Crispy Roast POTATO~


Today I would like to introduce CRISPY Roast Potato Italian style 🙂 

Out side is very crispy & inside is so tender. It match with every single meal. and just itself its good when you feel hungry. Very easy to cook.

Here is the recipe

5 potatos
3 pieces of garic
2 to 3 table spoon Olive Oil
0.7 table spoon Parsley dry chopped leaves
0.7 table spoon basil dry chopped leaves
1 tea spoon rosemary and thyme herb
1table spoon of Soy Sauce

1.boiled potato for 30 mins
2.Peel half of potato skin
3.Mix with Herb & Olive Oil and Chopped Garlic
4.At 200℃Oven, 20 minits rosted Potato
5.Once put 1 table spoon of Olive Oil and 180℃oven roast Potato for 10 to 15mins.
6 When you serve the potato, put 1 table spoon of soy sauce with Parmezan Cheese.
