One of my peace friends Emilie Berteau, a French filmmaker, is currently making a documentary film called « 88 » about the 88 Temple pilgrimage in Shikoku, Japan.
When Emilie Berteau walked around the island of Shikoku in 2011, she felt full of “Goen », which means everything is good for some reason and every meeting is a blessing.
Three years later, she returned to Shikoku to shoot a film and testify.
Nowadays people have a tendency to forget to appreciate & respect human relationships & the value of each encounter.
The « 88 » film aims to share her personal experience as a pilgrim on Shikoku. By sharing her personal experience as a pilgrim on Shikoku Island, Emilie Berteau shows in her film how important living with an open heart and a grateful spirit in the chaotic situation of the world today is.
Please support her to complete this wonderful film and spread her great peaceful message around this world!
You can find below more information about her and her project in Japanese.
She can also speak English, Spanish, and French (her mother tongue).
Thank you for your attention.
